Many In Islam Are Filled With A Lust For Violence, Greed, and Hate In The Name of Religion INTRODUCTION: Many people have difficulty seeing the difference between people, good or bad, and the religion they are in, and feel when someone mentions the evil bad of a false religion they are also talking about the mislead individuals that belong to it. These selfsame people fail to realize that most of mankind is being mislead by the religious leaders of evil false religions and/or egotistical men who believe what they say takes precedence over the Inspired Word of Almighty God (YHWH), the Bible. In addition, it is not what either the Bible or the Bible knockoff the Qur'an or other so called holy book actually say, but how religious leaders be they priest and/or imams or muftis or what ever teach the people is the interpretation of what is written either in the Bible or the bible knockoff the Qur'an that matters and governs actions. It matters not what the Bible and/or the Bible knockoff really say. People go by what they are taught by their religious leaders. Take the genocide committed by the Roman Catholic Church at the direction of their supreme religious leader, the pope, what mattered was not that the Bible clearly said at Exodus 20:13, "Thou shalt not kill." (Authorized King James Bible; AV), but what their religious leaders told them. Therefore, it is the religion at fault, irregardless of what their particular holy book, be it the Bible or the Bible knockoff the Qur'an may say. Neither in so called Christianity or in Islam are most individuals actions really governed in any way by what their particular holy book really says, but they are governed by the interpretation of their religious leaders. Thus, knowing this reality, one would be either just plain stupid and/or dumb to even bother looking at a particular religion's holy book and expect the members would conform to it. Take the Rig Vede and find me for example a Hindu actually conforming to it instead of the interpretation given to it by his religious leaders, like looking for a needle in the haystack per K.S. Lal, India's greatest historian. The truth is most religious leaders either take things out of context and/or twist what their particular 'holy book' says to further their personal agendas or the agendas of the particular evil false religion they represent, what ever that may be. In reality, little thought or concern is ever given to what a particular 'holy book' actually says. Nowhere is this more true than with religious leaders who claim to be using the Inspired Word of Almighty God (YHWH), the Bible, as their guide. This practice is particularly dishonoring of the Creator of all there is, Almighty God (YHWH), because it brings dishonor on his Inspired Word, the Bible, by many who see those proclaiming to follow the Bible are NOT really doing so. This hypocrisy gives many the wrong impression of the Inspired Word of Almighty God (YHWH), the Bible, and unjustly brings reproach on it. This is very unfortunate and fits right in with the god of this system of things, Satan the Devil, with regard his continuing attempt to mislead all of mankind if possible. Now let's look at an actual case o***ood individual who was in an evil false religion. SPECIFIC EXAMPLES OF THE LOVE OF LUST FOR VIOLENCE, GREED, AND HATE ON THE PART OF MANY IN ISLAM: Many In Islam Are Filled With A Lust For Violence, Greed, and Hate By Their Religious Leaders, now let’s look at some examples in brief. Also, Many of the Islamic religious leaders have an agenda of creating a lust for violence, greed, and hate in their congregations. [1] Many in Islam have great hate, greed against, and a lust for violence against the descendents of Abraham's son Isaac, the Israelites, even though they are a sister tribe to the Arabs, i.e., hate of their own family. [2] Muslims due to their lust for violence, greed for that which belongs to others, and hate viciously attacked and stole Constantinople from the rightful Byzantine, so called Christian Church of the East, owners, and to this day have not given it back as they should. Also, they killed many so called Christians. For details, read, "Islam: From the Prophet Muhammad to the Capture of Constantinople Volume 1: Politics and War "(Paperback), by Bernard Lewis . [3] Many in Islam are so filled with hate and a lust for violence that they even kill other Muslims just because they belong to a different flavor of Islam. [4] Islam is so greedy for that which belongs to others that in the 7 th. Century they sought to steal Spain, but eventually its rightful owners threw them out. MUSLIMS LOVE OF VIOLENCE AND THE EVIL PLOT BY SOME OF THEM TO KILL THOUSANDS OF AIR PASSENGERS OVER THE ATLANTIC: <<”Pop-bottle terrorists convicted, By Henry Chu LOS ANGELES TIMES, Publication: The Toronto Star, Date: Tuesday, September 8 2009, [source - retrived from www.allbusiness.com/crime-law/criminal-offenses-conspiracy/12853892-1.html on 12/10/2009] Three young British Muslims were convicted yesterday of planning to blow up trans-Atlantic planes in an Al Qaeda-inspired terrorist plot that could have killed thousands of people and that sparked worldwide changes in airport security. Abdulla Ahmed Ali, 28, Assad Sarwar, 29, and Tanvir Hussain, 28, were found guilty at Woolwich Crown Court in London of leading a plan to detonate bombs on aircraft bound for the United States and Canada, using liquid explosives hidden in pop bottles. The simultaneous attacks were designed by Al Qaeda to be the deadliest terrorist strike since Sept. 11, 2001. Four other men were acquitted of conspiring to bomb airliners, but admitted lesser charges - and in one case conspiracy to murder. An eighth man was cleared completely. Sentencing is set for next Monday. The case brought sweeping new restrictions for air passengers, including limits on how much liquid and gel they can carry on board. Prosecutors said the suspects had identified as targets seven flights from London's Heathrow airport to New York, Washington, San Francisco, Toronto, Montreal and two to Chicago. The plot included aircraft operated by Air Canada, American Airlines and United Airlines. The plotters planned to assemble bombs in airplane washrooms using hydrogen peroxide-based explosives injected into pop bottles, prosecutors said. Hydrogen peroxide is a bleaching agent also used as a propellant for rockets. Police have said the plot was possibly days away from fruition when the men were arrested in August 2006 amid the biggest counterterrorism probe in British history. The verdicts came as a huge relief for law-enforcement and intelligence officials stung by the failure of a jury to reach a decision on the charges in the men's first trial a year ago. At the time, the men were convicted only of conspiracy to murder, without the aircraft element. "This case reaffirms that we face a real and serious threat from terrorism," British Home Secretary Alan Johnson said. "This was a particularly complex and daring plot, which would have led to a terrible attack resulting in major loss of life." Authorities estimate that, if successful, about 2,000 passengers would have died. Had the bombs been detonated over U.S. and Canadian cities, hundreds more would have been killed on the ground. Johnson said the plot would have brought "murder and mayhem on an unimaginable scale." The case sent shockwaves through Britain not only because of the audacity and scale of the plan but also because its orchestrators were Muslims born and raised in Britain but seduced by violent Islamic radicalism. Revelations of the plot changed the way the world flies. Immediately after the arrests, airlines across the globe, including those in Canada, imposed a total ban on liquids and gels in carry-on bags. Conditions were so strict that mothers bringing expressed breast milk aboard in bottles were forced to take a swig to prove it was harmless. Although many restrictions have been eased, a limit on carry-on liquid items remains in force at many airports and is unlikely to be relaxed. Now containers of liquids, aerosols or gels in carry-on baggage cannot exceed 100 ml or 100 grams. The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority requires all containers be in a "clear, closed resealable plastic bag no more than a litre in capacity." Pop or bottles of water are still not allowed. 28, were found guilty at Woolwich Crown Court in London of leading a plan to detonate bombs on aircraft bound for the United States and Canada, using liquid explosives hidden in pop bottles. In the retrial, which lasted six months, prosecutors drew on 26,000 exhibits to detail a plot to bring down seven airliners in a single day. Intelligence officials say the plotters had ties to Al Qaeda and that their handler was a militant based in Pakistan. The targeting of airliners is an Al Qaeda hallmark, as was the involvement of a Pakistan-based explosives expert who masterminded the July 7, 2005, attack on London's transport system, anti-terrorism officials say. Those bombings killed 52 people. Britain's MI5 spy agency believes the group planned to strike up to 18 jetliners in two waves of bombings, and to provoke further panic with attacks on power stations. Former U.S. deputy secretary of state John Negroponte told the U.S. Senate in 2007 the plot "would have been on a par, or something similar to 9/11." Jurors found Umar Islam, 31, guilty of conspiracy to murder. They found three others - Ibrahim Savant, 28, Arafat Waheed Khan, 28 and Waheed Zaman, 25 - not guilty of planning to blow up airliners. All four had pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of conspiracy to cause a public nuisance. An eighth man - Donald Stewart-Whyte, 23 - was cleared of all charges. Hi Everyone There are some posters who have NOT woken up to reality, but here is another wake-up call of today – some members of Islam lust for violence and are out-to-get-you, NOW WAKE-UP. [1] More than a dozen 'terror plots foiled' in India [source - retrieved from news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20091223/wl_sthasia_afp/indiaattackssecurity_20091223111600 on 12/25/2009] NEW DELHI (AFP) – India's home minister said Wednesday that a dozen or more plots to stage major attacks on the scale of the Mumbai atrocities of last year had been foiled during 2009. "Twelve to 13 terror attacks were neutralised in 2009 which could have been like Mumbai," P. Chidambaram told an intelligence services event in New Delhi as he unveiled sweeping plans to upgrade national security. Chidambaram did not elaborate on where the attacks were to occur or how they were thwarted but attributed the incident-free past 12 months to "luck and better intelligence". A total of 166 people were killed in India's financial hub Mumbai last November when 10 heavily-armed gunmen stormed the city, targeting hotels, a train station and a Jewish centre. India blames the Pakistan-based Islamist group Lashkar-e-Taiba for the attacks, which also left 300 people hurt, and top officials have repeatedly stressed since that the country remains a target and is vulnerable. The home minister said New Delhi would set up a National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC) by the end of 2010 "to prevent, contain and respond to terrorist attacks by inflicting pain upon the perpetrators". Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., identified the suspect as Abdul Mudallad, a Nigerian. King said the flight began in Nigeria and went through Amsterdam en route to Detroit. One of the U.S. intelligence officials said the explosive device was a mix of powder and liquid. It failed when the passenger tried to detonate it. The passenger was being questioned Friday evening. Hi Everyone The following news item clearly shows that some members of Islam are out to get you. <<"Did you know that 90-95% of the conflicts in the world today are Muslims fighting non-muslims or each other? Islam is intolerant of other religions, so much so that Christians in Nigeria, Sudan and middle eastern countries are killed for practicing their religion. Muslims are also responsible for burning down their churches. Sydney has recently seen an attack on four churches for similar reasons. (December 16, 2005) How can we tolerate such intolerance?"[source - The Weekend Australian, November 26-27, 2005 AD] >>. Domestic Terror Incidents Hit a Peak in 2009 [source - retrived from news.yahoo.com/s/time/20091223/us_time/08599194932900 on 12/25/2009 by TIME] Police feared terrorist attack after arrest of Jackson AP By BOBBY GHOSH / WASHINGTON Bobby Ghosh / Washington - Wed Dec 23, 3:55 am ET You may not have noticed because most of the plots were foiled, but 2009 saw an unprecedented surge in terror "events" on U.S. soil. When analysts tally these events, they refer to anything from a disrupted plot to U.S. citizens traveling abroad to seek terror training or a lone gunman running amok in the U.S. And by the calculations of Rand Corporation expert Brian Jenkins, more terrorist threats were uncovered in the U.S. during 2009 than in any year since 2001. "There appears to be an increase in [terrorist] activity in the U.S.," warns Jenkins, who calculates that there have been 32 terror-related "events" on these shores since 9/11, and that 12 of those occurred in 2009. (See the top 10 inept terrorist plots.) Some of the more noteworthy "events" of 2009: • In January, Bryant Neal Vinas, a Long Island convert to Islam, plead guilty to helping al-Qaeda in a plot to blow up a train in Penn Station. • Late in 2008, Shirwa Ahmed, a Somali-American college student from Minneapolis, became the first American suicide bomber on record when he killed 29 people in an attack in Somalia. Earlier in the year, the FBI had revealed that at least 20 Somali-Americans from the Minneapolis area had traveled to Somalia to join al-Shabaab, a radical militia tied to al-Qaeda. Five Somali-Americans are believed to have died in fighting there this year, and Somali officials say at least one more unnamed American citizen has become a suicide bomber on behalf of al-Shabab. (See pictures of a Jihadist's journey.) • In June, Abdulhakim Muhammed, an Arkansas convert to Islam, was accused of killing one soldier and wounding another in an attack at a military recruitment center in Little Rock. • In September, an Illinois man, Michael Finton, who converted to Islam in prison, was accused of trying to blow up a Federal building in Springfield. • In October, David Coleman Headley, a Chicago businessman, was arrested for allegedly plotting a terrorist attack on a Danish newspaper that had published controversial cartoons mocking the Prophet Muhammed. (Tahawwur Rana, a Pakistani-Canadian resident of Chicago was also arrested in connection with the same plot.) Headley was later additionally charged with abetting the Mumbai terrorist attack of November 2008. (Read "The Chicago Suspect: Are Pakistani Jihadis Going Global?.") • In November, Maj. Nidal Hasan, the son of Palestinian immigrants who had grown up in the U.S., was accused of going on a shooting spree at Fort Hood, killing 13 and wounding 30. (Read "The FBI Probe: What Went Wrong at Fort Hood?.") • Also in November, eight Somali-American men from Minnesota were charged with terrorism-related counts involving al-Shabaab. Six other had been charged previously. Most of the men were charged in absentia because they remain in Somalia, along with dozens of Somali-Americans who are believed to have joined the Qaeda-linked militia. • And earlier this month, five men from the Washington, D.C., area were detained in Pakistan, where local officials say they had been trying to join the fight against U.S. forces in Afghanistan. Ramy Zamzam, said to be the leader of the group, is a Howard University dental student; two others are sons of businessmen. • Some other cases involve legal residents who are not U.S. citizens, such as Najibullah Zazi, the Afghan suspect arrested in Denver and charged with a plot to bomb targets in New York, and Jordanian Hosam Smadi, arrested in Dallas, accused of trying blow up a skyscraper. (Read "Three Key Questions About Zazi and Terrorism.") Terrorism experts and Muslim community leaders caution that the spurt in such events doesn't necessarily add up to a trend. For one thing, the cases are unconnected. "Each case has its own special circumstances," says Ibrahim Hooper, spokesman for the Council on American-Islamic Relations. Nor is there likely to be wide-scale extremism in the American Muslim community. Jenkins points out that that there's "no underground network, and no deep reservoir of resentment." Hooper notes that the problem "is not coming from rhetoric within the community; it's not the case that young men are being radicalized in American mosques." Indeed, one of the lessons of 2009 is that the Internet can suffice as a recruitment tool for extremists. From Smadi to the Virginia Five, many of the men accused of terrorist-related activities in the past year first made contact with jihadist groups online, officials say. "More and more people are going online to find inspiration," says Danny Coulson, a former Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI. Jihadist recruiters have grown increasingly sophisticated in their use of the Internet, and many of them specifically target American audiences. Extremist e-preachers such as Anwar al-Awlaki, an American living in Yemen who exchanged e-mails with Maj. Hasan, communicate in English, which makes them more accessible to American Muslims. Pakistani authorities believe the Virginia Five were recruited by a man known as Saifullah, who communicated mainly through e-mails. Not all jihadi recruiters want their American recruits to travel abroad for training or to join existing groups. "They've figured out that people who travel to Pakistan or Afghanistan or Somalia are probably being watched by the authorities," says Coulson. "So they'll just encourage you to act independently, without direct affiliation with any group. That makes it harder for law enforcement." The good news: If recruiters can use the Internet, so too can U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies. Terrorism experts say U.S. authorities have become much better at finding plotters online, and putting them under surveillance. Smadi, for instance, was first spotted on a jihadi website. Coulson argues, in fact, that one reason so many terrorism-related cases popped up in 2009 was the improvement in the ability of U.S. authorities to detect plots. It helps, too, that ordinary Americans have grown more alert to the danger. "More and more people will call in the police or FBI when they see something suspicious going on," he says. Also, the American Muslim community has become better at nipping potential threats in the bud. In the case of the Virginia Five, the families of the men approached CAIR, which encouraged them to get a lawyer and make contact with the FBI. Hooper says community leaders are working harder to promote mainstream Islamic thinking among younger American Muslims, to counter extremist interpretations they may discover online. Despite these efforts, however, terrorism experts warn that some American Muslims will continue to succumb to extremist calls for holy war against their own country. Some will be inflamed by the continued presence of U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, says Hooper: "Extremists use U.S. foreign policy as a recruitment tool." Jenkins suggests there may also be a generational conflict at work: He points out that many of the American Muslims accused of terrorism this year are young men, who "would have been at a very impressionable age when 9/11 happened." Although the majority of the community were repelled by the terrorist attacks on that day, he says, "some would have been inspired by it and caught up in the jihadist narrative." If 2009 alerted Americans to the domestic terror threat, it's a safe bet that there will be more reminders of the danger in 2010. (Read "Most Domestic 'Jihadists' Are Educated, Well-Off.") Hi Everyone Many posters and readers clearly overlooks reality that members of Islam are carrying out these terrorist attacks to further their evil goal of world domination by a violent and evil entity which has been this way since the beginning of this violent entity whose goal is world domination. Yes, not all members of this entity are violent, but the entities goal has NOT CHANGED SINCE ITS BEGINNING. For further details, go to, religioustruths.proboards59.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=violence&thread=817&page=1 or jude3.proboards92.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=islam&thread=322&page=1" As I said on another thread, "[Politicians and A Large Portion Of The Public Does NOT Want To Come To Grips With Reality] What happened at Fort Hood should be a WAKE UP call to all, but for most it is NOT. However, TIME Magazine of November 23, 2009, on Page 26, has an article called 'Terrorist?', by Nancy Gibbs, and its main question is, "Is Fort Hood an Aberration Or A Sign Of Things To come? Most will try to dismiss this wake-up call. The question - WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCES OF NOT RECOGNIZING ISLAM AS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER RELIGIONS, IS IT REALLY A POLITICAL OUTFIT SEEKING TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD?" But current events highlighted what I was dealing with which is the current and present danger facing all of us from a violent entity determined on world conquest masquerading as a religion. Now here is some reality for you to consider, "Wake-up to reality, I am telling the truth with regard to a real and ever present danger, see the following: "After United 93, air travelers react to threats, AP - Passengers are seen outside Schiphol airport in Amsterdam, Netherlands on Saturday Dec. 26, 2009. A Northwest … By ED WHITE, Associated Press Writer Ed White, Associated Press Writer - 14 mins ago [retrieved from news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091226/ap_on_re_us/us_airliner_attack_passengers;_ylt=ApXPcOcWZqgIXg1JVsdin3dH2ocA;_ylu=X3oDMTE1MnMwa2UzBHBvcwM0BHNlYwN5bi1jaGFubmVsBHNsawNhZnRlcnVuaXRlZDk- on 12/26/2009 ] DETROIT - They heard a pop that sounded like fireworks. They saw a glow of flame followed by a rush of smoke. And that was enough for passengers on Northwest Airlines Flight 253 to pounce. From several seats away, Dutch tourist Jasper Schuringa says he jumped to extinguish a fire ignited by a quiet man who just moments before allegedly told passengers his stomach was upset and pulled a blanket over himself. Schuringa said his first thought wasn't to signal a flight attendant or wait for an air marshal to break cover, but rather, "He's trying to blow up the plane." "I basically reacted directly," Schuringa said Saturday in an interview with CNN. "I didn't think. I just jumped. I just went over there and tried to save the plane." Aviation safety experts once would have called Schuringa's actions a mistake and cautioned passengers against fighting back during hijackings and other crises in the air. That was before the Sept. 11 attacks and the actions of passengers on United Flight 93, who learned while aloft about the hijacked jets that slammed earlier that day into New York's World Trade Center. They staged a cabin revolt against the al-Qaida terrorists who had taken control of their flight and died when their plane crashed into a field in Shanksville, Pa. But they succeeded in keeping the jet from destroying another building that day, and their story became legend. "I don't think people are going to sit back and let somebody kill them in the process of fulfilling their extremist agenda or whatever it happens to be," said Dave Heffernan, who helps oversee self-defense training for commercial flight crews at Valenica Community College in Orlando, Fla. "People have talked about it. They've thought about it. They have a plan of action." On Saturday, a day after the failed attack on Northwest 253, federal prosecutors charged Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, 23, a native of Nigeria, with trying to destroy the airliner with a device containing a high explosive attached to his body. They alleged that Abdulmutallab set off the device - sparking a fire instead of an explosion - as the flight from Amsterdam descended toward Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Schuringa, of Amsterdam, told CNN that he didn't think about his own safety when he extinguished the fire with his hands. He and other passengers said that several people on board, including members of the flight crew, then joined him in taking Mutallab to first class to strip off his clothes and search for any more explosives. "In a matter of minutes everything was settled down. ... The passengers were proactive. We just did it. There was nothing to talk about," said Syed Jafry, 57. Another passenger, Richelle Keepman, 24, of Oconomowoc, Wis., said passengers were later interviewed by authorities and released from the airport. When Schuringa came through the area, "we were all clapping," she said. Schuringa joins the passengers on United 93 and others who have leapt into action to defend themselves aloft since 9/11. Just three months after the attacks, Briton Richard Reid was overpowered by passengers and crew members on a flight from Paris to Miami as he tried to ignite plastic explosives hidden in his shoes. A doctor onboard went so far as to inject the restrained Reid with a sedative. Passengers aren't only responding to obvious acts of terror. In June, two off-duty officers handcuffed a traveler who took off his clothes and kicked and punched a flight attendant on a US Airways flight to Los Angeles from Charlotte, N.C. In April 2008, passengers duct-taped a drunken man to his seat after he attacked a United Airlines flight attendant on a trip to Los Angeles from Hong Kong. "Aggressive intervention has become the new societal norm," said Bill Voss, an expert at the Flight Safety Foundation in Alexandria, Va. The day after the attack, authorities at airports worldwide tightened security, imposing extra searches on the ground and telling passengers flying to the U.S. from overseas they can't get out of their seat during the last hour of their flight. None seemed to mind, and many said they knew the story of United 93 and would respond aggressively if the new security measures failed. "I know how to tackle," said Stephen Evans, 39, a former rugby player traveling from Chicago to Dulles International Airport near Washington. "Your odds are better to get the guy and risk an explosion on the plane rather than fly into Washington's Monument or what have you." Jennifer Allen, 41, of Shelby Township, Mich., arrived in Detroit from Amsterdam on Saturday's Northwest 253. "We're not so blase, not so willing to accept that we're safe and we can let someone do our security for us," she said. "We're not going to sit there and wait for somebody else to do it because if you wait, it might be too late." ___ Corey Williams in Romulus, Mich., Jim Irwin in Detroit and Jessica Gresko in Washington contributed to this report." Just one more terrorist attempt to further their goals of world domination. Consider reality, An often overlooked point of major importance is that NONE OF THESE GOOD FOR NOTHING IMAMS AND OTHER MUSLIM CLERGY THAT INSIGHT MEMBERS OF THEIR CONGREGATION AND OTHERS IS EVER EXCOMMUNICATED, DISFELLOWSHIPED, OR OTHERWISE THROWN OUT OF ISLAM. Thus, Islam is clearly responsible for all that they do as they are by their actions giving these individuals tacit approval by NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THEM. Your Friend in Christ Iris89

Gaza militants fire mortars, Israel shuts crossing, AP - Thursday, January 07, 2010 4:09:43 AM By KARIN LAUB [source – retrieved from www.mail.com/Article.aspx/world/middleeast/APNews/Middle-East/20100107/U_ML-Israel-Palestinians?pageid=1 on 1/08/2010 ] Gaza militants fired at least 10 mortar shells at Israel on Thursday, a day after Israel announced it successfully tested a high-tech shield against future mortar and rocket attacks from the Hamas-ruled territory. Once installed later this year, the Iron Dome system could deprive Hamas of an important means of threatening Israel. The Islamic militants have fired thousands of rockets and mortars at Israeli border communities over the years, causing relatively few casualties but sowing fear among hundreds of thousands of civilians in their range. Israel's announcement of the new rocket defense came as Egypt stepped up efforts to cut off hundreds of smuggling tunnels by building an underground steel wall along its border with Gaza. The tunnels help keep Hamas in power by bypassing a border blockade of Gaza imposed by Israel and Egypt. On Wednesday, hundreds of stone-throwing Hamas loyalists clashed with Egyptian troops at the border. The two sides briefly exchanged fire, leaving an Egyptian guard dead and seven Gazans wounded, three of them seriously. Egypt sent a stern message to Hamas. "Egypt warns that its patience has limits," said Egyptian Foreign Ministry spokesman Hossam Zaki. "Any other attempt to provoke the Egyptian security will have its consequences." The underground wall and Israel's missile shield could limit Hamas' options in the future and pressure the militants to moderate, something it has refrained to do thus far. Hamas is engaged in indirect negotiations with Israel on a prisoner swap and with its Western-backed Palestinian rivals on a power-sharing deal. Hamas overran Gaza in 2007, seizing the territory from Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. Ahmed Yousef, a Hamas official, shrugged off the latest developments. "Hamas is not a state. It is a political resistance movement, and therefore it can adjust to any new circumstance," he said, without elaborating. On Thursday, Hamas-allied militants fired at least 10 mortar shells toward Israel, causing no injuries or damage. The militants said the mortar fire came in response to an Israeli air strike that killed a Gaza gunman and wounded several others earlier this week. Three of Thursday's mortars fell inside the Kerem Shalom crossing, the main conduit for goods to reach Gaza. Israel shut down the crossing in response to the mortar fire. Israel and Egypt have kept Gaza's borders virtually closed since June 2006, when Gaza militants captured an Israeli soldier. However, truckloads of medicine and basic foods are permitted to enter

Criticizing Islamists Can Be Hazardous to Your Health by David J. Rusin • Jan 22, 2010 at 10:43 am www.islamist-watch.org/blog/2010/01/criticizing-islamists-can-be-hazardous-to-yourThe first goal of Islamists is to silence all who counter their ideology. But while most radical Muslims in the West are content to intimidate anti-Islamists through smears or lawsuits, some do resort to violence, as in the 2004 slaying of Dutch filmmaker Theo van Gogh. Death threats and attacks against public opponents of Islamism have escalated in recent months. Exhibit A: the New Year's assault by an ax-wielding Somali on the home of Kurt Westergaard, known for drawing the most recognizable of the Danish Muhammad cartoons. Shot by police, the young jihadist faces charges of attempted murder and terrorism — because, in the words of the prosecutor, "trying to kill Kurt Westergaard had a bigger purpose than just killing him." Other noteworthy examples: * Days after promoting a lecture by Muslim-turned-atheist Sabri Husibi in September, the Tulsa World reported that he had received dozens of calls from people cursing and threatening him, one of whom promised that "if he spoke at the meeting and said anything against Shari'a (Islamic law), he would be killed." Adding more fuel to the fire, CAIR-Oklahoma's Razi Hashmi proclaimed that while Husibi has a right to talk, it "doesn't give him the justification to make false assumptions" about the nature of the Koran and sympathy for al-Qaeda within the Muslim community. * Following a demonstration on January 8 in Detroit by Muslims denouncing the attempted Christmas Day terror attack, rally organizer Majed Moughni received a death threat over the phone, which he partially recorded. Stated the Arabic-accented caller: "I want to congratulate you for your place in hellfire, inshallah [God willing]. … If you're in front of me, I will shoot you. I will put a bullet in your head. This is the consequence of a hypocrite." On January 12, feminist playwright and actress Rayhana, who appears in a show that examines the oppression of Algerian women and features "unflattering views of Muslim men," was insulted by two Arabic-speaking males on a Paris street, doused with gasoline, and saved only by their failure to set her aflame using a cigarette. The Independent reports that she was approached in the same area two weeks earlier by men who said, "We know who you are, you miscreant sleeper. This is a warning." Why such violence? As Ryan Mauro explains, it boils down to the underlying frailty of the Islamist creed: "The fact that this ideology relies upon force … shows it lacks merit and will not survive the intellectual combat that comes with a free media, freedom of speech, freedom of religion," etc. So rather than succumbing to intimidation, let us follow the lead of Rayhana, who not only managed to stumble back to the theater, but performed her sold-out play that very night.

Learn The Facts About Islamist and SEX: How the Islamist Mindset Rationalizes - and Promotes - 'Sex Sins' by Raymond Ibrahim Pajamas Media March 1, 2010 www.meforum.org/2597/islamist-sex-sinsIs it inconsistent for Muslim "holy warriors" to engage in voyeuristic acts of lasciviousness? Because would-be jihadists and martyrs have been known to frequent strip bars — such as the 9/11 hijackers and Major Nidal Hasan, whose "late-night jiggle-joint carousing stands at odds with the picture of a devout Muslim" — many Americans have concluded that such men cannot be "true" Muslims, leading to the ubiquitous conviction that they are "hijacking Islam." In fact, Islamists rely on several rationalizations — doctrines, even — that make "jiggle-joint carousing" consistent with Muslim piety. Considering that Islamic law permits sex slaves (Koran 4:3), permits their masters to keep them topless, and makes sex one of the highest paradisiacal rewards, this should come as no great surprise. However, to elaborate: First, the doctrine of taqiyya allows Muslims residing among infidels to deceive the latter by, among other things, behaving like infidels, e.g., frequenting strip bars: "Taqiyya [deception], even if committed without duress, does not lead to a state of infidelity — even if it leads to sin deserving of hellfire." In conjunction, the overarching Muslim principle that necessity makes that which is forbidden permissible goes a long way in helping Islamists validate their libidinous desires: "It is 'necessary' for me to be at this strip club so infidels come to believe that I'm just a regular bloke and not a soldier of Allah." Indeed, sometimes the mere gratification of sexual urges is deemed a "necessity" that makes the forbidden permissible in Islam, as in this historical anecdote: After conquering the Banu Mustaliq tribe in 628, Muhammad's men deemed it "necessary" to rape their captive women (citing their wives' absence and untended desires). However, they also wanted to sell these women for a profit, which posed complications, as copulating with them risked impregnating them. So they rationalized that 'azl (coitus interruptus) would solve the problem and asked Muhammad. The prophet went one step further and offered a cosmic rationalization, dismissing coitus interruptus as unnecessary, "for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born" — that is, pullout or not, you cannot thwart Allah's will, so don't bother. (See here for more 'azl quotes.) Muhammad also maintained that death in the jihad not only blots out all sins — including sexual ones, a la voyeurism — but it actually gratifies them: The martyr is special to Allah. He is forgiven [of all sins] from the first drop of blood [that he sheds]. He sees his throne in paradise, where he will be adorned in ornaments of faith. He will wed the 'Aynhour [a.k.a. "voluptuous women"] and will not know the torments of the grave, and safeguards against the greater terror [hell]. … And he will copulate with 72 'Aynhour (see The Al Qaeda Reader, p. 143). In light of this, how "un-Islamic" can it be for Islamists to gawk at nude, gyrating, infidel women — especially prior to "martyring" themselves in the jihad, which, as Muhammad said, blots out all their sins? This rationalization has precedents going back to the Middle Ages: Muslim groups like the Isma'ilis created hidden "gardens of delight" swarming with voluptuous women, and, prior to sending their assassins on missions, would immerse them in these gardens, thereby giving these prototypical "suicide attackers" a foretaste of the sexual delights awaiting them in the afterlife. After this experience, the assassins would eagerly undertake any assignment simply to be "martyred" and return to the gardens of delight, which were based on "the description Muhammad gave of his paradise" (see Marco Polo's 13th-century account). Nor has this intersection between sex and violence subsided in the modern era. The Arabic satellite program Daring Question recently aired various clips of young jihadists giddily singing about their forthcoming deaths and subsequent sexual escapades in heaven. After documenting various anecdotes indicative of Islamist obsession with sex, human rights activist Magdi Khalil concluded that "absolutely everything [jihad, suicide operations, etc.] revolves around sex in heaven," adding, "if you look at the whole of Islamic history, you come up with two words: sex and violence." Deceit, rationalizations, and a paradise that forgives the would-be martyr's every sin — indeed, that satiates his hedonistic urges with 72 voluptuous women (which may only be raisins) — all help demonstrate how Muslims can be observant and simultaneously frequent strip clubs. Yet there is one final explanation that requires an epistemic shift to appreciate fully: in Islam, legalism trumps morality, resulting in what Westerners may deem irreconcilable behavior among Muslims, that is, "hypocrisy." As Daniel Pipes observed some three decades ago in his In the Path of God: [There is] a basic contrast between the Christian and Islamic religions: the stress on ethics versus the stress on laws. Controls on sexual activity directly reflect this difference. The West restricts sex primarily by imbuing men and women with standards of morality. … Muslims, in contrast, depend on "external precautionary safeguards" [e.g., segregation, veiling] to restrain the sexes. … Rather than instill internalized ethical principles, Islam establishes physical boundaries to keep the sexes apart. In this context, the problem is not Muslims frequenting strip clubs, but misplaced Western projections that assume religious piety is always synonymous with personal morality — a notion especially alien to legalistic Islamists whose entire epistemology begins and ends with the literal words of seventh-century Muhammad and his Koran. And it is this slavishness that best explains Islamist behavior. For the same blind devotion to the literal mandates of Islam which encourages Islamists to lead lives of deceit, also explains why they are callous to human suffering, why they are desensitized to notions of human dignity and the cries of their raped victims, and, yes, why they cheerily forfeit their lives in exchange for a fleshy paradise. In all cases, Muhammad and his Allah said so — and that's all that matters. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Friends 122 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Islam Presents a Clear And Present Danger To North America – Recruiting By Islam Of Americans So As To Use Them As Terrorist: Many in North America have failed to recognize that Islam is the enemy of freedom and the right to freedom of conscience, and seeks to destroy all the countries of Europe, North America, Central America, South America, Etc. Now members of Islam are recruiting individuals from this area to use as terrorist. We need to become pragmatic realist and start profiling by considering all members of Islam as terrorist suspects until they have proven otherwise regardless of where they came from. This is NOT discrimination but just a recognizing of reality. Profiling would make it much easier to protect us from terrorist; to wit, for example if a black rapist is on the loose it make no sense to check out individuals of other races in the search for him just as it makes no sense to check out an 89 year old orthodox Jewish grandmother as a Jihad suspect. Now do not get me wrong, NOT all members of Islam are terrorist, but almost all terrorist are members of Islam. Also, those members of Islam that are not terrorist are NOT taking action against the terrorist and Imams among them that preach lust for violence, greed, and hate; to wit, Islam has refused to take any action and/or steps to throw out of Islam the evil ones. Therefore, Islam has taken their evil upon itself and should no longer be reasonably considered a religious group any more than the National Socialist party of Germany (NAZI). Yes, no religious group can prevent evil ones from sneaking in, but when they fail to take cleansing action when these ones are found out, and especially when this has continued unabated for 1,400 years, the group can only be considered an evil group even though all of its members are NOT evilly inclined. Islam has been spilling blood, and this often at the direction of its leaders such as Caliphs since its inception. [[For more information, go to: jude3.proboards92.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=islam&thread=202or religioustruths.proboards59.com/index.cgi?board=recognize&action=display&thread=1180019585 ]] Now let’s look at how Islam is recruiting new members to use as terrorist as exposed by a USA case: 'JihadJane' indictment alleges threat from within U.S. American Colleen R. LaRose, 46, is accused of using the Internet to recruit and assist Muslim terrorist operations in Europe and Asia. [source - retrieved from www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-jihad-jane10-2010mar10,0,5883398.story on 3/10/2010] Reporting from Washington - Using e-mail, YouTube videos, phony travel documents and a burning desire to kill "or die trying," a middle-aged American woman from Pennsylvania helped recruit a network for suicide attacks and other terrorist strikes in Europe and Asia, according to a federal grand jury indictment unsealed Tuesday. Colleen R. LaRose, who dubbed herself "JihadJane," was so intent on waging jihad, authorities said, that she traveled to Sweden to kill an artist in a way that would frighten "the whole Kufar [nonbeliever] world." With blond hair and green eyes, the 46-year-old woman bragged that she could go anywhere undetected, boasting in one e-mail that it was "an honour & great pleasure to die or kill for" jihad, or holy war, the indictment said. "Only death will stop me here that I am so close to the target!" she wrote. The indictment doesn't say whether the Swede was killed, but LaRose was not charged with murder. Authorities refused to identify the artist or to say whether the case was related to arrests in Ireland earlier Tuesday. Irish police said they had detained seven people in the southern counties of Waterford and Cork in connection with an alleged plot to kill Swedish cartoonist Lars Vilks, who had depicted the prophet Muhammad with the body of a dog. In the indictment, authorities said LaRose solicited funds for terrorist organizations, helped arrange phony passports and other travel records, and used the Internet to recruit women to kill in Europe and men in Asia. LaRose was arrested Oct. 15 in Philadelphia. Federal officials cited her as an example of how terrorists sometimes boldly operate inside the United States, fearless of the world watching them on the Internet. "A woman from suburban America agreed to carry out murder overseas and to provide material support to terrorists," said David Kris, assistant attorney general for the Justice Department's National Security Division. That, he emphasized, "underscores the evolving nature of the threat we face." Michael L. Levy, the U.S. attorney in Philadelphia, said the case shows "the use terrorists can and do make" of communicating through e-mails and videos around the world. He called LaRose "yet another very real danger lurking on the Internet." The other danger, authorities said, is that radical jihadists are turning to home-grown U.S. citizens to carry out their plots. "Terrorists are looking for Americans to join them in their cause," Levy said, adding that LaRose "shatters any lingering thought that we can spot a terrorist based on appearance." But her possible motivation was not clear Tuesday night. "She appeared to be one of those people who spend a lot of time online and go to all these radical websites and chat rooms," said one law enforcement source, who, like others interviewed, requested anonymity when discussing the case. "If there was some moment in her life that changed her, I don't know," another law enforcement source said. Officials said she began to respond to Internet requests from conspirators abroad and to take a leading role in ongoing plots. They said she stole a U.S. passport and "transferred or attempted to transfer it in an effort to facilitate an act of international terrorism." The indictment, which also mentioned but did not identify five unindicted co-conspirators, said that LaRose first came to the attention of the FBI in June 2008 when she posted a comment on YouTube under the user name "JihadJane." She stated that she was "desperate to do something somehow to help" Muslim people. By December of that year, she was allegedly e-mailing one of the conspirators about her desire to become a shahed, or martyr. A second conspirator e-mailed her in January 2009 about a similar commitment, the indictment alleges. "I tried twice but I wasn't successful . . . [but] I will . . . try until Allah will m ke it easy for me," the conspirator told LaRose.
By February 2009, the indictment said, LaRose was telling one of the conspirators that her physical appearance would allow her to "blend in with many people," which "may be a way to achieve what is in my heart."
In March, a third conspirator, in Asia, invited LaRose to "come here and get the training" so that they can "deal in bombs and explosives effecti[v]ely." The conspirator told LaRose that she was special because she could "get access to many places" because of her nationality, the indictment says. One conspirator asked LaRose, also known as "Fatima LaRose," to "Marry me to get me inside Europe." She agreed, the indictment says.
She also e-mailed the Swedish Embassy in Washington, asking for instructions on acquiring permanent residency in Sweden. One collaborator allegedly told her: "Go to Sweden . . . find location [of an unidentified Swedish resident] . . . and kill him . . . that is what I say to u."
LaRose allegedly agreed. "I will make this my goal till I achieve it or die trying," she e-mailed back. "I agree that it is good I blend in."
The indictment said LaRose also was involved in soliciting "urgent funds for sisters" overseas. By August of last year, she seemed intent on putting plans into action, according to the indictment. "I will be away from here in a couple days. . . . Then . . . I will get to work on importan[t] matters," she wrote.
Authorities said she removed and concealed her computer hard drive in her home in Pennsburg, Pa., a rural spot between Philadelphia and Allentown. She left for Europe and joined an online community hosted by the Swedish resident she was believed to be targeting.
Some of her former neighbors in Pennsburg were shocked by the allegations. Others seemed to take them in stride.
"She was the weird, weird, weird lady who lived across the hall," said Eric R. Newell, 36, who works for a National Football League sports agent. "We always called her the crazy lady."
His wife, Kristy, recalled that LaRose "talked to her cats all the time."
The Newells, who moved out of the four-unit building about 18 months ago, said LaRose rarely left her apartment except at night, when she would go drinking and get into fights. They never heard her discuss politics or extremist plots, they said.
"We knew she was crazy," Newell said. "We never knew she was dangerous."
A downstairs neighbor, Renee Herbert, said LaRose often had two young children with her and, for a time, lived with a boyfriend and the boyfriend's ill father.
If convicted of the charges against her, LaRose could face life in prison and a $1-million fine.
Other women caught up in terrorism cases in the U.S. include Lynne F. Stewart, a New York attorney convicted in 2005 of passing prison messages from a radical sheik to his followers on the outside urging violent attacks. And last month Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani who lived in Boston but is not a U.S. citizen, was convicted in New York of attempting to kill U.S. military and law enforcement officials.

[[1]] Lars Vilks: why some European artists are building panic rooms
AP – Swedish artist Lars Vilks talks during an interview with the Associated Press in Stockholm, Sweden, Wednesday … .By Patrik Jonsson Patrik Jonsson – Wed Mar 10, 7:28 pm ET [source - retrieved from news.yahoo.com/s/csm/20100311/ts_csm/286562 on 3/11/2010] Atlanta – Why did Lars Vilks, a mild-mannered Swede who calls himself “the artist,” booby-trap his art with electrified barbed wire, keep an ax by his bedside, and build a panic room upstairs? For one, Mr. Vilks’s 2007 cartoon of the prophet Mohammed as a stray dog continues to bring death threats and even a bounty on his head from an Al Qaeda-related group in Iraq. But after US authorities on Tuesday arrested Colleen LaRose, a Philadelphia woman known on the Internet as Jihad Jane, for allegedly planning to travel to rural Sweden and assassinate Vilks, civil libertarians such as George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley are pointing to another potential incentive for European artists to protect themselves: growing deference shown to Islam by European governments and journalists worried about stoking fanatical flames. IN PICTURES: American Jihadis Since various cartoon controversies erupted after 9/11, European governments from Finland to the Netherlands have publicly upheld constitutional ideals of free speech and expression. But those same governments have also prosecuted people under new blasphemy laws intended both to extend legal protections to non-Christians and to calm religious tension in increasingly multicultural Europe. It's not just Westerners defaming Islam who are being targeted by European governments. Last year, Dutch prosecutors charged the Arab European League under a blasphemy law after it published a cartoon questioning the Holocaust. While the US Constitution does not allow blasphemy laws, the Obama administration changed policy direction last year when it supported the move by Muslim nations in the United Nations' Human Rights Council to recognize exceptions to free speech when it comes to “negative racial and religious stereotyping.” “Government prosecutions have quietly worked to chill any speech in the area of religion,” says Mr. Turley. “And I think that’s linked to journalists and artists who are living in fear of being physically attacked or killed. [Would-be terrorists] see Western governments willing to put people in jail for insulting Islam, and that tends to validate their views.” Vilks himself played down the threat by likening the alleged planned attack to a B-grade Hollywood movie plot. “It’s about the bad guys and a good guy, and they try to kill him,” Vilks told the Associated Press Wednesday. “They have this woman also, which I think is a good part of the plot with this fantastic name, ‘Jihad Jane,’ who is actually doing some scouting there in the surroundings. You have something of a film there, but … I believe they’re a bit low tech.” His safe room is patterned on a concept that apparently saved Danish cartoonist Kurt Westergaard, who used a similar room to escape an assassination attempt in his home in January. Concern has spread among artists and journalists critical of Islam since the 2004 assassination of Dutch filmmaker Theo van Gogh, a descendant of artist Vincent van Gogh. Swedish police keep a close watch over Vilks, but he does not have around-the-clock protection. Unlike in the United States, Swedish law does not guarantee citizens the right to protect themselves with firearms. Even as he builds a fortress, Vilks remains outwardly undaunted by the threat. "As an artist, you have to take a stand for things. If you do something, you have to take full responsibility for it," Vilks told the Associated Press. "I'm actually not interested in offending the prophet. The point is actually to show that you can. There is nothing so holy you can't offend it." IN PICTURES: American Jihadis Patrik Jonsson's Facebook page [[2]] AP Source: Colo. woman held in terror probe, Associated Press [source – retrieved from news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100313/ap_on_re_us/us_american_terror_plot on 3/13/2010] y P. SOLOMON BANDA and DEVLIN BARRETT, Associated Press Writers P. Solomon Banda And Devlin Barrett, Associated Press Writers – 2 mins ago DENVER – A Colorado woman has been detained in Ireland in connection with an alleged plot to assassinate a Swedish cartoonist whose sketch offended many Muslims, a U.S. official said Saturday. Jamie Paulin-Ramirez, 31, was among seven people arrested in Ireland this week as authorities investigate an alleged plot to kill cartoonist Lars Vilks over a 2007 sketch depicting the head of the Prophet Muhammad on a dog's body. The drawing provoked terror front Al-Qaida in Iraq to offer a $100,000 bounty for his slaying. The U.S. official was not authorized to discuss the investigation and spoke on condition of anonymity. After the arrests, U.S. authorities unsealed terror charges against Colleen LaRose, 46, of Pennsylvania. She allegedly went by the name "Jihad Jane" to recruit others online to kill the cartoonist. It's not clear whether Paulin-Ramirez might face terror charges. Her mother Christina Mott, of Leadville, Colo., told The Associated Press that she learned of her daughter's arrest in the case from the FBI and other federal law enforcement agencies. Denver FBI officials said Friday they couldn't confirm that the FBI had contacted Mott about the case. Dean Boyd, a Justice Department spokesman, said the agency was aware of the arrests in Ireland but had no comment on the identities of those taken into custody. "Our investigation continues," he said. Mott said that Paulin-Ramirez told her family after she left in September that she went to Ireland with her 6-year-old son and married an Algerian whom she met online. Before abruptly leaving Colorado, Paulin-Ramirez had been a straight-A nursing student, her mother said. Earlier this week, Irish authorities announced the arrest of seven Muslims in the alleged plot, only identifying them as three Algerians, a Libyan, a Palestinian, a Croatian and an American woman married to one of the Algerians. They were arrested Tuesday, hours before U.S. authorities unveiled a terror indictment against LaRose. On Saturday, Irish police said that three of those arrested had been released without charges, while three other men and an American woman remain in custody. Irish police refused to confirm whether Paulin-Ramirez is the woman in custody, and have declined to release the identities of any of those arrested. The Wall Street Journal, quoting anonymous sources familiar with the case, first reported on its Web site that Paulin-Ramirez was being held in the alleged plot. Christine Mott said she's concerned for the welfare of her grandson, who has been placed in the custody of Ireland's foster care system. "This is about my baby," Christine Mott said. "We need some help to get this baby back. I'm concerned about my daughter but I'm concerned about our baby boy because he shouldn't be caught in the middle of this." The Motts said Paulin-Ramirez announced to her family last spring that she was converting to Islam and began wearing headscarves, and later a hijab. "It came out of left field," Christine Mott said. "I knew she was talking to these people online... What caused her to turn her back on her country, on her family and become this person? I don't know how or why. All I know is she was in contact with this Jihad Jane. "The only thing I could think of is that they brainwashed her." Irish police say LaRose visited Ireland in September and spent about two weeks with the Algerian-American couple and other suspects. Investigators believe she began communicating last year with the Irish-based suspects in member-only Internet chat rooms. Her stepfather, George Mott, said the FBI seized a desktop computer in late September but did not tell the family what they found. Christine Mott said her daughter was getting 4.0 grades as she studied to become a nurse practitioner and was working a $30,000 job at Eagle Valley Medical Clinic in nearby Edwards. The Motts said Paulin-Ramirez began to withdraw and argue with her parents about her religion in the months after announcing her conversion. [[3]] Al-Qaida suspect from US tricked his Yemeni guard, Associated Press [source – retrieved from news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100313/ap_on_re_mi_ea/ml_yemen_hospital_clash on 3/13/2010] By AHMED AL-HAJ, Associated Press Writer Ahmed Al-haj, Associated Press Writer – 5 mins ago SAN'A, Yemen – An American al-Qaida suspect detained in Yemen fooled his hospital guards into unshackling him by asking to join them for prayers, security officials said Saturday. He then killed a guard who laid down his weapon as he went ahead at prayer time. The new details of Sharif Mobley's failed escape attempt, obtained by The Associated Press, indicate the 26-year-old American of Somali descent has a level of training and cunning characteristic of the terror network. The story of a young American Muslim drawn to Yemen, ostensibly to study Arabic, has once again demonstrated the reach of the country's year-old al-Qaida offshoot, which was behind the Christmas Day attempt to blow up an airliner as it approached Detroit. The suspect in that attack, a young Nigerian Muslim, went to Yemen and used Arabic study as a cover, Yemeni authorities have said. Mobley had traveled to Yemen two years ago and was recently arrested there in a sweep that netted 10 other al-Qaida suspects. Mobley made his bold escape attempt March 7 after being transferred from prison to a hospital in the capital, San'a, for medical treatment. He tried to shoot his way out of the hospital, killing one guard and seriously injuring another before being recaptured. Two senior Yemeni officials involved in Mobley's case said he was being treated for complications from a metal rod implanted in his leg some time in the past. The prison doctor had asked to transfer him to the hospital where he stayed for a week. The officials agreed to discuss details of Mobley's attempted escape on condition of anonymity because the investigation has not finished. At the hospital, Mobley befriended his guards and asked them to teach him Arabic. He performed prayers and read the Quran with them. Then a week ago, the officials said, Mobley asked his guard to unshackle him from his hospital bed at prayer time. The guard did and then went into a washroom ahead of Mobley to perform ritual ablutions required before the five daily prayers in Islam, leaving his gun unattended. Mobley snatched the gun and shot the guard twice — first in the head, then in the chest — as he walked out of the washroom. When a second guard outside heard the shots, he rushed in. Mobley shot him in the kidney and abdomen, leaving him in serious condition. Mobley was then chased around the hospital until he surrendered. One of the senior officials said Mobley's targeting indicates he is highly trained in the use of firearms and criticized the negligence of the prison guards. He also said Mobley had been in the high security intelligence prison after being detained a few months ago. That timeframe contradicted a statement by the Yemeni Embassy in Washington, which had said Mobley was detained earlier this month. U.S. officials say Mobley had been a laborer at six U.S. nuclear power plants before traveling to Yemen. U.S. authorities are investigating whether he had access to sensitive information or materials that would be useful to terrorists. He passed all necessary background checks for those jobs. On Saturday, U.S. Senator Charles Schumer called for a review of such background checks to see whether they need to be more thorough. U.S. officials say Mobley traveled to Yemen with the goal of joining a terrorist group and that the U.S. government was aware of his potential extremist ties long before his arrest. The Yemeni officials said Mobley was not on Yemen's list of wanted militants. U.S. intelligence officials have warned of the possibility that al-Qaida and other extremist movements overseas could be seeking to radicalize American Muslims and recruit them. Mobley grew up in Buena, New Jersey. His parents said he is not a terrorist, though a former friend said Mobley was becoming increasingly radical in his Muslim beliefs before he moved to Yemen. His mother last spoke to him in January. Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, whose leadership includes Saudis and Yemenis, took root in Yemen a year ago, taking advantage of the impoverished country's chronic instability and finding shelter among sympathetic tribes who are hostile to the weak central government. Under U.S. pressure and with the help of American aid, training and intelligence, Yemen's government has battled the al-Qaida militants. But its forces, which are also battling a separate rebel insurgency in the north of the country, are stretched thin. Until December's failed airliner attack, the al-Qaida affiliate had only struck inside Yemen, including deadly bombings outside the U.S. Embassy. Islamists Respond to Terror Cases with Denial and Cover-up: Islamist do NOT want to face the truth and respond to terror cases with denial and cover-up. They either try to mitigate their serious nature and/or to put the blame on others such as claiming the US and/or NATO is actually responsible which of course is utterly untrue attempt to put the blame somewhere else instead of admitting to reality; to wit, Islam is totally responsible for all that occurs. NOW A MOST IMPORTANT POINT, that clearly shows Islam is responsible for all is the action that this false religion has NOT TAKEN AS FOLLOWS: An often overlooked point of major importance is that NONE OF THESE GOOD FOR NOTHING IMAMS AND OTHER MUSLIM CLERGY THAT INSIGHT MEMBERS OF THEIR CONGREGATION AND OTHERS IS EVER EXCOMMUNICATED, OR OTHERWISE THROWN OUT OF ISLAM. Thus, Islam is clearly responsible for all that they do as they are by their actions giving these individuals tacit approval by NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THEM.To justify not taking any action, they claim that this is NOT the nature of Islam. Of course they do NOT take any action as Islam has had a lust for violence since its inception, for details, check out: Blood, Blood, and More Blood, the Story of Islam: at, religioustruths.proboards59.com/index.cgi?board=recognize&action=display&thread=1180019585 or jude3.proboards92.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=islam&thread=202Now this method of operation by Islam begs the question of why should Islam be even considered a religion and NOT a violence promoting entity masquerading under the façade of religion. In fact, if world peace is really desired, serious consideration should be given to dissolving Islam. For details, check out: When Should A Religion Be Dissolved In The Interest Of World Peace? At, religioustruths.proboards59.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=violence&thread=816 or jude3.proboards92.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=islam&thread=321 Now to see the truth of all of this, consider the following article by Sid Shahid who is the director of research and publications for the American Islamic Forum for Democracy (AIFD). <<”Islamists Respond to Terror Cases with Denial by Sid Shahid American Thinker March 14, 2010 www.islamist-watch.org/3438/islamists-respond-to-terror-cases-with-denialAs homegrown terrorism grabbed headlines at the end of 2009, Islamist pressure groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Muslim American Society (MAS), and Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) felt the need to look as if they were responding forcefully. However, all they offered was spin and denial of the very radicalism that they themselves have helped breed. First we witnessed the typical smokescreen that attempts to paint Muslims as victims. For example, in a November 6 press release commenting on the Fort Hood massacre, Mahdi Bray of the MAS Freedom Foundation strongly condemned the actions of Major Nidal Hasan, but quickly segued into warnings about an anti-Muslim backlash: "Let us be cautious, however, in drawing conclusions based on the ethnicity of the perpetrator of this tragic incident. … The perpetuation of negativity in such instances often unwittingly serves as an equally unnecessary exacerbation of the atmosphere of hate, violence, and Islamophobia under which the Muslim community already exists." Ibrahim Hooper, national communications director of CAIR, played a victim card of his own on November 15. Participating in a discussion on TV One's Washington Watch, Hooper asked, "Why can't the killer at Fort Hood just be a crazy guy? Don't take it out on American Muslims because you're upset about another issue." He then claimed that CAIR had received death threats since the shooting. "Are those terrorist threats or is it only a terrorist threat if a Muslim does it?" he added. More obfuscation followed the terror-related arrests of five Virginia Muslim men in Pakistan, as self-appointed Islamic spokesmen could not bring themselves to acknowledge fully the roots of radicalization taking place among America's Muslims. For example, at a December 9 press conference about the detentions, Nihad Awad, executive director of CAIR, did grant that a "problem" exists in the Muslim community, yet he remained in complete denial about its source: political Islam (Islamism). Particularly illuminating is Awad's statement that there are no "similarities or connection," ideological or otherwise, between the disappearance of the jihadist Somali youths from Minneapolis and the jihadist young men from Virginia. He was succeeded at the podium by MPAC's Haris Tarin, who did little more than pay lip service to the "problem" by calling for better Muslim community relations with law enforcement. The Islamist stage show continued two days later. Speaking to reporters at the mosque that the young men attended, Mahdi Bray proclaimed: "We are determined not to let religious extremists exploit the vulnerability of our young children through slick propaganda on the Internet. We are sending a message loud and clear that those days are over when we don't respond. We are going to be active, proactive." However, Bray's denial — or intentional avoidance — of Islamism was most evident when, according to AFP, he "acknowledged that the emotions of young Muslims were stirred by 'injustices' they see unfolding in places like Iraq and Afghanistan." Then, on December 17, barely more than a week after admitting to a vague radicalization "problem," CAIR opened up the victimology playbook once more with an email blast excerpting, among other things, a Salon.com article from December 14 entitled "The Allegedly Growing Domestic Muslim Threat." The piece sarcastically minimizes the danger of radical Islam to the U.S. and instead pins the blame on American foreign policy in the Middle East. As expected, none of these so-called leaders addressed Islamism as a real and thriving movement or recognized the fuel of anti-Americanism that perpetuates it. How could they? If they did, they would have to concede their own complicity in its spread. So they dissimulate. Without addressing political Islam, anti-radicalization efforts like the one announced by CAIR at the December 9 press conference are mere public relations ploys. Worse, declaring that problems within Muslim-majority countries are the sole result of American policies is not only factually inaccurate, but dangerous. It should be no surprise that when such unqualified anti-Americanism is fomented by Islamists with deep pockets, some community members like Nidal Hasan crack under the pressure. The contrast between the above groups and truly moderate Muslims was especially pronounced in the wake of the Fort Hood massacre. Moderates such as Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser, founder and president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy (AIFD), were out front on the fact that Hasan's actions had been motivated by his Islamist ideology. Jasser and other leading anti-Islamists consistently were featured on CNN, Fox, MSNBC, and elsewhere, calling Hasan what he is: a radical Islamist. Real anti-radicalization efforts from the Muslim community require a balanced perspective that integrates our faith with our American citizenship. One can debate U.S. foreign policy, human rights abuses abroad, and democracy promotion without poisoning the minds of Muslims and creating a childish and artificial barrier that separates them from the Western world — thus forcing men like Nidal Hasan to choose between being a proud American and a proud Muslim. Of course, CAIR, MAS, and MPAC are not likely to change. That is why the time has come for true American Muslims — along with politicians and the mainstream media — to stop promoting and legitimizing Islamist groups in the United States as "Muslim civil rights organizations." They are anything but. Sid Shahid is the director of research and publications for the American Islamic Forum for Democracy (AIFD). [[4]] Hijab Bullies Unveil Their Aggression by David J. Rusin • Mar 15, 2010 at 11:04 am www.islamist-watch.org/blog/2010/03/hijab-bullies-unveil-their-aggressionFor some Islamists, freedom to wear Muslim attire is not enough; they also demand that others conform to their definition of modesty. IW refers to them as "hijab bullies," though their focus is not necessarily limited to headscarves. Examples highlighted previously on this blog include a British dentist requiring patients to cover their hair and a teacher in Norway manipulating first graders into donning hijabs. However, these tactics are tame compared to recent revelations. Consider the experiences of Shiria Khatun, a secular Muslim who serves as a Labour Party councilor in Tower Hamlets, a borough of London and an Islamist stronghold. Police are investigating claims of harassment by locals objecting to her style of dress. She explains: They're really disgusting. They would talk about my Western clothes, my tight jeans, and my body parts. One man said — and it sounds much nastier in [the Bangladeshi dialect] Sylheti — "I know where you live and I'm going to come and show you and your kids." I just hung up. I really thought it was a pervert, but then it started to get more intense. My parents died when I was young and the callers must know that because they said they would dig up their graves and bury me inside. I think they're sick. Moroccan-born Fatima Ghailan, who works for the government of Cunit, Spain, has had her own run-ins with hijab bullies. Local imam Mohamed Benbrahim and Islamic Association head Abderraman el-Osri now face criminal charges of harassing, slandering, and threatening Ghailan, whose duties as a "cultural mediator" include encouraging "cloistered" Muslim females to participate in the life of the town. As the Washington Post reports, her influence over the community "was something the traditionalists could not accept — particularly because it involved a woman who refused to cover her hair." The Telegraph elaborates: In a statement to the court in the nearby town of Vendrells, Mrs. Ghailan, 31, said Benbrahim had harassed her and campaigned to have her removed from her job in the town hall's cultural department purely because she had a job, dressed in a Western style, drove a car, and associated with non-Muslims. Finally, self-appointed "morality police" have been patrolling the Muslim-heavy Grønland district of Oslo. According to Aftenposten, women passing through in Western attire can consider themselves lucky if they suffer only "aggressive looks of rebuke, scorn, and contempt." The unlucky ones are abused by men who "touch their breasts and pinch their bottom, claiming that it's the girls' own fault for not covering themselves." The vigilantes also have taken to tormenting gays and anybody caught snacking on the streets during Ramadan. Grønland illuminates a vital truth: Islamists may start out as hijab bullies, seeking to enforce dress codes among Muslims. But they do not stop with dress codes — or with Muslims. 5 Americans detained in Pakistan raid, By ZARAR KHAN and DEVLIN BARRETT, Associated Press Writers Zarar Khan And Devlin Barrett, Associated Press Writers – 28 mins ago, ISLAMABAD – Pakistani police on Wednesday arrested five American men believed to have gone missing from the Washington, D.C. area last month, officials from both countries said.[source - retrieved from news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091209/ap_on_re_as/as_pakistan_us_arrests on 12/09/2009] The men were picked up in a raid on a house in Sarghoda in the eastern province of Punjab, police officer Tahir Gujjar said, adding that three of the men are of Pakistani descent, one is of Egyptian descent and the other is of Yemeni heritage. Regional police chief Mian Javed Islam told The Associated Press that the men were between the ages of 18 and 20 and had spent the past few days in the city, which is near an air base about 125 miles (200 kilometers) south of the capital, Islamabad. He said they were being questioned and it was premature to discuss the reason for the detentions. But two U.S. officials familiar with the case said the five are believed to be young men from the Washington area who went missing at the end of November. The FBI has been searching for the men since their families reported them missing and expressed fears they may have gone to Pakistan, according to the two U.S. officials. The two are familiar with the case and spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss it publicly. One of the men was a dental student at Howard University, according to the officials. The officials said one of the group — they did not say which one — left behind what investigators believe was a farewell video message, in which he talks about defending Muslims and shows images of U.S. casualties. U.S. Embassy spokesman Rick Snelsire said officials there were aware of the reported arrests, but could not confirm them. A report on the Web site of the Pakistani newspaper The News said one only one of the men was American. Quoting a senior police officer, the report said it "was quite a possibility that they (the five men) were engaged in acts of terrorism." Pakistan has many militant groups based on its territory and the U.S. has been pressing the government to crack down on extremism. Al-Qaida and Taliban militants are believed to be hiding in safe havens in lawless tribal areas near the Afghan border. Hi Everyone Any religion that seeks to stop individuals from telling the truth is really not a religion but a terror group masquerading as a religion. For more details, go to, religioustruths.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=violence&thread=897 Or jude3.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=islam&thread=425See article below that illustrates the actions of this terrorist group masquerading behind the façade of a religion: The Cartoon Jihad and the Path to Self-Censorship by David J. Rusin • Mar 28, 2010 at 12:54 pm www.islamist-watch.org/blog/2010/03/the-cartoon-jihad-and-the-path-to-self-censorshipIslamists do not wish to debate their opponents; they wish to silence them. This means demonstrating the high costs, whether legal or physical, of speaking out. Recent news items show how the fear of violence can drive capitulation — and, therefore, how violent Islamism can advance, rather than inhibit, the work of stealthy, nonviolent Islamists to crush free speech. Following the global riots of 2006 and a flare-up two years later, caricatures of Muhammad once again are stirring jihadist passions. Two Chicago-area Muslims were charged last October with planning terror strikes against those involved in the publication of the Danish Muhammad cartoons. New Year's Day then saw an attack on the home of Kurt Westergaard, creator of the infamous bomb-in-the-turban illustration. Earlier this month, Lars Vilks took his turn in the crosshairs, as arrests derailed a plot to murder the Swedish artist known for his crude sketches of Muhammad as a dog. To get a sense of what life is like for Vilks, consider that "his home in southern Sweden now contains a barbed-wire sculpture that could electrocute potential intruders, a secure space to hide in, and an axe which will allow him 'to chop down' anyone breaking in through his windows." Correlation does not necessarily imply causation, but it is more than a little suspicious that the spate of recent plots has coincided with a clear uptick in cartoon-related cowardice: • In January, a Danish TV program's efforts to raise funds for Haiti hit a snag when auctioneers refused an utterly uncontroversial illustration donated by Westergaard. "We must recognize that the terror threat is still of such a character that we can't predict the consequences of a sale," the organization explained as it treated the artist as a pariah. • A month later, the Danish newspaper Politiken announced a settlement with 94,923 descendants of Muhammad, apologizing for any offense it had caused them by reprinting Westergaard's cartoon of their ancestor in 2008. • Swedish papers are running Vilks' drawings in print, but not online, because this would "risk … separating the cartoon from the context. … That could upset people without a reason. Also, a picture published online would be much more widely disseminated." • Campus officials are pressuring organizers of a March 30 talk by Robert Spencer at the Florida State University law school to remove a Muhammad cartoon from event fliers. Giving in to Islamist demands that we not criticize Islam or depict its prophet goes well beyond cartoons. Images of Muhammad quietly have been pulled from New York's Met, while a Dutch conference center canceled the launch of an anti-Islam book last month over safety concerns. Fear is natural. But uncontrolled fear leads to silence, which leads to inaction, which leads to surrender. Say what you will about Vilks' art, but the man fights on — booby traps and all. Muslim Violence Once Again In Russia: Any religion that seeks to kill and murder others and to separate themselves from them is really not a religion but a terror group masquerading as a religion. They are definitely NOT showing love and have conveniently forgotten He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 9 Herein was the love of God manifested in us, that God hath sent his only begotten Son into the world that we might live through him. 10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 1 John 4:8-11 (American Standard Version; ASV). An unloving group calling itself a religion is as previously stated just a terror group masquerading as a religion, For more details, go to, religioustruths.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=violence&thread=897 Or jude3.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=islam&thread=425 See article below that illustrates the actions of this terrorist group masquerading behind the façade of a religion: Double suicide bombings kill 37 on Moscow subway [source retrieved from news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100329/ap_on_re_eu/eu_russia_subway_blast on 3/28/2010] MOSCOW Two female suicide bombers blew themselves up on Moscow's subway system as it was jam-packed with rush-hour passengers Monday, killing at least 37 people and wounding 102, officials said. The head of Russia's main security agency said preliminary investigation places the blame on rebels from the restive Caucasus region that includes Chechnya, where separatists have fought Russian forces since the mid-1990s. The first explosion took place just before 8 a.m. at the Lubyanka station in central Moscow. The station is underneath the building that houses the main offices of the Federal Security Service, or FSB, the KGB's main successor agency. A second explosion hit the Park Kultury station about 45 minutes later. Emergency Minister Sergei Shoigu said the toll was 37 killed and 102 injured, but he did not give a breakdown of casualties at each station, according to Russian news agencies. "I heard a bang, turned my head and smoke was everywhere. People ran for the exits screaming," said 24-year-old Alexander Vakulov, who said he was on a train on the platform opposite the targeted train at Park Kultury. "I saw a dead person for the first time in my life," said 19-year-old Valentin Popov, who had just arrived at the station from the opposite direction. In a televised meeting with President Dmitry Medvedev, Federal Security Service head Alexander Bortnikov said body fragments of the two bombers pointed to a Caucasus connection. He did not elaborate. "We will continue the fight against terrorism unswervingly and to the end," Medvedev said. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, on an official trip to Siberia, was being kept informed of developments, news reports said. The blasts practically paralyzed movement in the city center as emergency vehicles sped to the stations. In the Park Kultury blast, the bomber was wearing a belt packed with plastic explosive and set it off as the train's doors opened, said Vladimir Markin, a spokesman for Russia's top investigative body. The woman has not been identified, he told reporters. A woman who sells newspapers outside the Lubyanka station, Ludmila Famokatova, said there appeared to be no panic, but that many of the people who streamed out were distraught. "One man was weeping, crossing himself, saying 'thank God I survived'," she said. The last confirmed terrorist attack in Moscow was in August 2004, when a suicide bomber blew herself up outside a city subway station, killing 10 people. Responsibility for that blast was claimed by Chechen rebels. Russian police have killed several Islamic militant leaders in the North Caucasus recently, including one last week in the Kabardino-Balkariya region. The killing of Anzor Astemirov was mourned by contributors to two al-Qaida-affiliated Web sites. The killings have raised fears of retaliatory strikes by the militants. In February, Chechen rebel leader Doku Umarov warned in an interview on a rebel-affiliated Website that "the zone of military operations will be extended to the territory of Russia ... the war is coming to their cities." Umarov also claimed his fighters were responsible for the November bombing of the Nevsky Express passenger train that killed 26 people en route from Moscow to St. Petersburg. The Moscow subway system is one of the world's busiest, carrying around 7 million passengers on an average workday, and is a key element in running the sprawling and traffic-choked city. Helicopters hovered over the Park Kultury station area, which is near the renowned Gorky Park. ___ Associated Press Writers Jim Heintz, Lynn Berry and Mansur Mirovalev in Moscow contributed to this report.
