Almighty God’s (YHWH’s) Justice Vs. The Injustice Of Sharia Law:
INTRODUCTION:
Down through history, there have been people who became famous for promoting justice, and there are those who became famous for promoting injustice. But consider this fact: Justice has an appeal because humans were made in Almighty God’s (YHWH’s) image. You have a personal sense of justice and want others to treat you justly because you are made in the image of Almighty God (YHWH) , who takes a delight in justice per Jeremiah 9:24, “But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.” (Authorized King James Bible; AV), and Isaiah 40:14, “With whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of justice, and taught him knowledge, and showed to him the way of understanding?” (American Standard Version; ASV).
Now the ways of righteousness and true justice is the way of Almighty God (YHWH). As you read the various books of the inspired word of Almighty God (YHWH), the Bible, you can gain insight into Almighty God’s (YHWH’s) justice. Of course, God’s principle attribute is LOVE, but perfect love requires perfect justice.
This fact was pointed out by Karen Lebacqz in her book, "Six Theories of Justice," published in 1986, said, "Indeed, perfect justice would be love. But since love cannot be fully ... Love requires justice for the complex realities of the sinful social world. ..." Yes, Almighty God (YHWH) believes in love, but he also believes in perfect justice. This fact has been clearly shown in the past with the judgment flood of Noah's day, sent to punish an ungodly world recorded in Genesis 6:4-13,
"The Nephilim were in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them: the same were the mighty men that were of old, the men of renown. 5 And Jehovah saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented Jehovah that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And Jehovah said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the ground; both man, and beast, and creeping things, and birds of the heavens; for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8 But Noah found favor in the eyes of Jehovah. 9 These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, and perfect in his generations: Noah walked with God. 10 And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. 11 And the earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. 12 And God saw the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth. 13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth." (American Standard Version; ASV).
It would be unjust for a loving God not to pass judgment on the ungodly as it would not be showing love to let people become ever more evil and inflict injury on their neighbors who are just; therefore, he must exercise perfect justice in order to show perfect love. Righteous ones have a right to expect that someday they will love in a world free from crime, violence, and the threat of war; and this is indeed promised at Isaiah 2:4, "And he will judge between the nations, and will decide concerning many peoples; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning-hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more." (ASV). In fact, Almighty God (YHWH) Son, Jesus (Yeshua) Christ taught us to pray for such at Matthew 6:9-10, "After this manner therefore pray ye. Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." (ASV).
Yes, true justice, can only come from Almighty God (YHWH). This fact is made clear when we consider the injustice of man and expecially the injustice of worshippers of false god(s) who call injustice, justice, a complete perversion of true justice.
We will first look at what real true justice is as defined by a Bible dictionary, and then look at injustice under Sharia Law of one group of worshippers of false god(s).
DEFINITION OF JUSTICE FROM A BIBLE DICTIONARY:
<<<”The maintenance or administration of what is right in a fair and impartial way and according to a standard. The Hebrew word mish•pat´, often translated “justice” or “judgment” (NW, RS), may also convey the idea of a particular plan (Ex 26:30), custom (Ge 40:13), rule (2Ch 4:20), or regular procedure (Le 5:10) for doing things.
The two Hebrew words most frequently translated “justice” in the King James Version (tse´dheq and tsedha•qah´) are usually rendered “righteousness” in the New World Translation. (Ge 18:19; Job 8:3) Whereas justice has legal associations, basically there is no distinction between justice and righteousness.—Compare Am 5:24.
One Greek word translated “in harmony with justice” (NW) designates something that is “just” (KJ, RS) or deserved. (Ro 3:8; Heb 2:2) “Judgment” and “vengeance” are the primary meanings of two other Greek words sometimes rendered “justice.”—Mt 12:20, NW, RS; Lu 18:7, NW.
The supreme Judge and Statute-Giver (Isa 33:22), Jehovah God, “is a lover of righteousness and justice.” (Ps 33:5) “Justice and abundance of righteousness he will not belittle.” (Job 37:23) This guarantees that he will never abandon his loyal ones. (Ps 37:28) Jehovah shows no partiality in dealing with his creatures, but he accepts and bestows his blessing upon all those fearing him and practicing righteousness. (Ac 10:34, 35) Individuals and nations are punished or rewarded according to their acts. (Ro 2:3-11; Eph 6:7-9; Col 3:22–4:1) Jehovah’s justice is also balanced with mercy, thus providing opportunity for men and nations to turn from their wicked ways and thereby escape the execution of his adverse judgments.—Jer 18:7-10; Eze 33:14-16;
Jehovah’s wisdom is far superior to that of imperfect humans, and man, not God, must learn the path of justice. (Isa 40:14) Thus man is in no position to judge God’s acts as just or unjust, but must learn to conform his thinking to the standard of justice that Jehovah has revealed in his Word. Said God to the Israelites: “As for my ways, are they not adjusted right, O house of Israel? Are not the ways of you people the ones that are not adjusted right?” (Eze 18:29) Also, Jehovah’s creatorship rules out all basis for questioning the rightness of his activities.—Ro 9:20, 21; see also Job 40:8–41:34.
Therefore, Jehovah has always rightly required that those desiring to gain his approval acquaint themselves with his standard of justice and follow it. (Isa 1:17, 18; 10:1, 2; Jer 7:5-7; 21:12; 22:3, 4; Eze 45:9, 10; Am 5:15; Mic 3:9-12; 6:8; Zec 7:9-12) Like God, they must be impartial, as a failure in this regard is unjust and violates the law of love. (Jas 2:1-9) However, the exercise of justice according to God’s standard is not a burden; man’s happiness actually depends on it. (Ps 106:3; compare Isa 56:1, 2.) This truth was acknowledged by the famous English jurist Blackstone: “[God] has so intimately connected, so inseparably interwoven the laws of eternal justice with the happiness of each individual, that the latter cannot be attained but by observing the former; and, if the former be punctually obeyed, it cannot but induce the latter.”—Chadman’s Cyclopedia of Law, 1912, Vol. I, p. 88.
The proper exercise of justice by governmental authority likewise contributes to the happiness and well-being of its subjects. (Compare Pr 29:4.) Since justice will always be exercised by Christ Jesus as King of God’s Kingdom and by all those serving in administrative capacities under him, his loyal subjects will find pleasure in submitting themselves to his righteous rule.—Isa 9:6, 7; 32:1, 16-18; 42:1-4; Mt 12:18-21; Joh 5:30; compare Pr 29:2.” [source – Insight on the Scripture, Vol. 2, page 140-141.]>>>.
Now let’s look at Sharia Law of one of the groups that worships a false god, and then look at several examples of terrible injustice practiced under this unjust law.
THE UNJUST SHARIA LAW:
An encyclopedia says this of Sharia Law,
<<<”Sharia (Arabic: شريعة transliteration: Šarīʿah) is the body of Islamic religious law. The term means "way" or "path to the water source"; it is the legal framework within which the public and private aspects of life are regulated for those living in a legal system based on Islamic principles of jurisprudence and for Muslims living outside the domain. Sharia deals with many aspects of day-to-day life, including politics, economics, banking, business, contracts, family, sexuality, hygiene, and social issues.
There is no strictly static set of laws of sharia. Sharia is more of a system of law, a consensus of the unified spirit, based on the Qur'an (the religious text of Islam), hadith (sayings and doings of Muhammad and his companions), Ijma (consensus), Qiyas (reasoning by analogy) and centuries of debate, interpretation and precedent.
Before the 19th century, legal theory was considered the domain of the traditional legal schools of thought. Most Sunni Muslims follow Hanafi, Hanbali, Maliki or Shafii, while most Shia Muslims, the Twelvers, follow the jaafari school of thought.
Islamic law is now the most widely used religious law, and one of the three most common legal systems of the world alongside common law and civil law. During the Islamic Golden Age, classical Islamic law may have influenced the development of common law, and also influenced the development of several civil law institutions.” [source - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharia on 10/23/2008].
Now that we know what Sharia Law is, let’s look at some of the injustices perpetrated on it using world news accounts from only highly reliable sources.

Kambakhsh, 24, an Afghan journalism student, right, listens as his defense lawyer Mohammad Afzal ...
KABUL, Afghanistan - An Afghan appeals court overturned a death sentence Tuesday for a journalism student accused of blasphemy for asking questions in class about women's rights under Islam. But the judges still sentenced him to 20 years in prison.
The case against 24-year-old Parwez Kambakhsh, whose brother has angered Afghan warlords with his own writings, has come to symbolize Afghanistan's slide toward an ultraconservative view on religious and individual freedoms.
"I don't accept the court's decision," Kambakhsh told The Associated Press as he was leaving the courtroom. "It is an unfair decision."
The case can be appealed to the Supreme Court, the highest court in Afghanistan.
John Dempsey, a U.S. lawyer working for six years to reform the Afghan justice system, said Kambakhsh has yet to get a fair trial.
"Procedurally, he did not have many of his rights respected," said Dempsey, who attended the trial. "He was detained far longer than he should have been legally held. The defense lawyer was not even allowed to meet the witnesses until a night before the trial."
Kambakhsh was studying journalism at Balkh University in the northern city of Mazar-i-Sharif and writing for local newspapers when he was arrested in October 2007.
Besides the accusation that Kambakhsh disrupted class with his questions, prosecutors also said he illegally distributed an article he printed off the Internet that asks why Islam does not modernize to give women equal rights. He also allegedly wrote his own comments on the paper.
In January, a lower court sentenced him to death in a trial critics have called flawed in part because Kambakhsh had no lawyer representing him. Muslim clerics welcomed that court's decision and public demonstrations were held against the journalism student because of perceptions he had violated the tenets of Islam.
On Tuesday, five witnesses from Mazar-e-Sharif - two students and three teachers - appeared before the three-judge panel.
The first witness, a student who gave only one name, Hamid, told the court he had been forced into making a statement accusing Kambakhsh of blasphemy by members of Afghanistan's intelligence service and a professor. He said the professor threatened him with expulsion.
Other witnesses, however, testified that Kambakhsh had violated tenets of Islam.
The head of Tuesday's panel, Abdul Salaam Qazizada, struck down the lower court's death penalty and sentenced Kambakhsh to 20 years behind bars.
The New York-based Committee to Protect Journalists condemned the sentence.
"Even though Kambakhsh's death penalty was overturned, today's sentencing is a great disappointment and a setback for the rights of free expression in Afghanistan," Bob Dietz, the Asia program coordinator for the committee, said in a statement.
The committee said earlier this year it was concerned that Kambakhsh may have been targeted because his brother, Yaqub Ibrahimi, had written about human rights violations and local politics.
Ibrahimi told the AP on Tuesday that his brother was sentenced because of the pressure from warlords and other strongmen in northern Afghanistan, whom he has criticized in his writings.

When I came out of prison I burned the Koran! The hell with their hate religion!"
These are the words of a young girl who called from Iran last night and talked on the air with NITV Satellite TV station located in Los Angeles.
"They killed my friend by inserting a baton into the body until it had reached the liver. God is my witness, these are not some tales, these are the realities of our lives in Iran about what they are doing to us! They won't even let us breathe here. The way they mistreatment us, has caused us to even hate ourselves. Although I was an "A" student, I intentionally failed my exam in retribution-law class of mine in the university because I couldn't agree with it. They whipped us if we didn't do the Islamic praying. They wanted me to respect their flag and I didn't want to because it was Arabic. I told them I'll respect the flag if they would put the word "Khoda" (god's name in Persian) on the flag instead of the "Allah" (the Arabic version of god's name). Thus, they lashed me over 70 times. You won't believe what this regime does to us. I was studying to be a judge but they ruined my life just because I held a flag with a "lion and sun" (Iranian ancient and historical flag) in my hand. After all that torturing and flogging, when they finally released me from prison, I burned the Koran. Although I love to have a child, I am not going to have one because I don't want my baby to be dictated their religion."
Some say, Iranians outside Iran are bunch of cowards and heartless who have their tails between their legs when it comes to defend and echo the voices of their compatriots inside Iran. Others say Iranians outside Iran have become heartless mechanical robots since they been neutered (aghim shodeh) by the regime?s supporters and cohorts outside Iran.
But I don't believe that. I believe most my compatriots are unaware of what really is going on in that country and more and more are becoming aware and active. I know every time more of my compatriots hear the outcries of Iran's sons and daughters within Iran such as this, it further awakens them and their conscience. I know soon my compatriots will rise in an unprecedented unity to liberate their motherland, free 70 million Iranian hostages and crush the tyrants and the anti-Iranian Islamic Regime.

[3] <<<” THE LAW OF SHARIA
A Woman's Plight
Early in December of 2001, a Sharia religious court of appeal in Muslim-dominated northwest Nigeria ordered a stay of execution for a woman who had been sentenced by a lower court to be stoned to death for having sex outside of marriage. The woman contended that she had been raped. The court granted the stay to allow Safiya Hussaini, 33, to appeal her sentence by a lower Sharia court in the state of Sokoto. The woman is a divorced mother with five children who would be orphaned and probably perish if the execution were carried out.
The court imposed the sentence after Hussaini asked it to compel a man to pay for her infant daughter's naming ceremony. She charged he had raped her three times and impregnated her. When she charged the man with rape, the court dismissed the charges against him, citing a lack of evidence because she was the sole witness. After dismissing the rape charge against the man, the lower Sharia court then charged the woman with adultery and sentenced her to death in mid-October. She was given thirty days to appeal. According to Sura 2:282 of the Qur'an, the testimony of a woman is equal to only half the testimony of a man, so Hussaini's appeal will automatically be trumped by the rapist's counter-charge.
Hussaini was sentenced to death because she was divorced. Had she never been married, the sentence would only have been one hundred lashes. The fate of her five children, of course, was of no concern to the religious court.
The Nigerian federal government has said it will not allow the sentence to be carried out, but officials in Sokoto indicated that the federal government had not contacted them about the up-coming stoning. Nigeria is not yet "One Nation Under God," since Sharia has been imposed on less than a half of its 36 states. More than a thousand people have lost their lives in riots protesting the introduction of religious law.” [source - AP]>>>.
[4] <<<”DEATH COULD AWAIT CHRISTIAN CONVERT
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- In the days of the Taliban, those promoting Christianity in Afghanistan could be arrested and those converting from Islam could be tortured and publicly executed.
That was supposed to change after U.S.-led forces ousted the oppressive, fundamentalist regime, but the case of 41-year-old Abdul Rahman has many Western nations wondering if Afghanistan is regressing.
Rahman, a father of two, was arrested last week and is now awaiting trial for rejecting Islam. He told local police, whom he approached on an unrelated matter, that he had converted to Christianity. Reports say he was carrying a Bible at the time.
"They want to sentence me to death, and I accept it," Rahman told reporters last week, "but I am not a deserter and not an infidel."
The Afghan constitution, which is based on Sharia, or Islamic law, says that apostates can receive the death penalty.
Afghanistan's population is 80 percent Sunni Muslim and 19 percent Shiite Muslim, according to the CIA. The other 1 percent of the population is classified as "other."
U.S.: Freedom to worship part of democracy
Rahman's case raises thorny issues between Afghanistan and its Western allies, and U.S. officials this week made certain that Afghan Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah, who is in Washington for talks on the U.S.-Afghan strategic partnership, understood their qualms.
"We have underscored also to Foreign Minister Abdullah that we believe that tolerance and freedom of worship are important elements of any democracy," U.S. State Department spokesman Scott McCormack told reporters Tuesday. "We urge the Afghan government to conduct any legal proceedings in a transparent and fair manner."
Abdullah was supposed to talk to reporters Tuesday about talks for the strategic partnership. Instead, Abdullah was bombarded with questions about the Rahman case.
"I know that it is a very sensitive issue and we know the concerns of the American people," Abdullah said, adding that the Afghan Embassy in Washington had received "hundreds of messages" on the issue.
He further said that the Afghan government had nothing to do with the case.
"But I hope that through our constitutional process, there will be a satisfactory result," he said.
Rahman's case illustrates a split over the interpretation of the Afghan constitution, which calls for religious freedom while stating that Muslims who reject Islam can be executed.
Nicholas Burns, undersecretary for political affairs, said he understands the complexities of the case and promised the United States would respect Afghan sovereignty. However, he said, Afghans should be free to choose their own religion, and he believes the nation's constitution supports that.
"We hope the Afghan constitution is going to be upheld," Burns said. "If he has the right of freedom of religion, that ought to be respected."
Rahman's case could force Afghan President Hamid Karzai into the undesirable position of mediating the matter. Karzai has to placate an ever-restless populace in turbulent post-war Afghanistan, but at the same time, he needs Western assistance to stave off the remnants of the Taliban and al Qaeda.
Allies indignant
The U.S. has 23,000 troops in the country; Germany has 2,700. Canada has 2,300 stationed there, and Italy has 1,775, according to Reuters.
All four nations have expressed displeasure over the situation, some even saying that it is intolerable that soldiers of all faiths die to protect a country threatening to kill its own for converting to Christianity.
Former Italian President Francesco Cossiga wrote a letter to Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, urging him to withdraw Italian troops from Afghanistan unless Kabul guarantees Rahman's safety, Reuters reported.
"It is not acceptable that our soldiers should put themselves at risk or even sacrifice their lives for a fundamentalist, illiberal regime," Cossiga wrote.
Rep. Tom Lantos, the ranking Democrat on the House International Relations Committee, wrote a letter to Karzai asking him to intervene and uphold "core democratic principles and fundamental human rights."
"In a country where soldiers from all faiths, including Christianity, are dying in defense of your government, I find it outrageous that Mr. Rahman is being prosecuted and facing the death penalty for converting to Christianity," Lantos wrote.
One German official promised to intervene if necessary. Another, Development Minister Heide Wieczorek-Zeul, said, "We will do everything possible to save the life of Abdul Rahman," according to Reuters.
Canada echoed that sentiment, saying human rights in Afghanistan was a top priority and that "Canada will continue to encourage the Afghan government to adhere to its human rights obligations," foreign ministry spokeswoman Pamela Greenwell told Reuters.

CONCLUSION:
Sharia Law is an unjust and unrighteous law that has NOTHING to do with reasonableness and/or love. It is just the opposite from Almighty God’s (YHWH’s) law as clearly shown in this article with ample proof.

This truth was acknowledged by the famous English jurist Blackstone: “[God] has so intimately connected, so inseparably interwoven the laws of eternal justice with the happiness of each individual, that the latter cannot be attained but by observing the former; and, if the former be punctually obeyed, it cannot but induce the latter.”—Chadman’s Cyclopedia of Law, 1912, Vol. I, p.

Sharia Law is an unjust and unrighteous law that has NOTHING to do with reasonableness and/or love. It is just the opposite from Almighty God’s (YHWH’s) law as clearly shown in this article with ample proof.
