Are girls too obsessed with their body images? Are guys just as concerned? Has this led to the many teen boys and girls with eating disorders?

I sometimes think what gurls go through is normal in there teenage life, 2 worry bout being fat I think it's just a stage we all go through even if it's not true and sometimes gurls can stop eating because they really think they should lose weight over something someone said, though teenagers experience alot of things through life guys don't as much worry as gurls though but they are pretty concerned at times
